Committee Bylaws
The members of this committee are appointed by the Chancellor, who shall designate one member to serve as chairman. The terms are established for a one-year duration.
This committee will recommend to the Chancellor outstanding performances by individuals and groups for enriching the members who are required to convene at least two times annually. The committee chair will give an update that includes a review of spending and budget allocations to the Chancellor in the fall (by November 1st) and in the spring (by April 1st).
At the end of the academic year, the committee will provide the Chancellor with an annual report, which may be presented in
written form, digitally, or as a combination of both, by July 1st.
